The final cleaning before departure
The tenant is responsible for the cleaning of the object when checking out. If the tenant want to buy the cleaning service we have good contact with some cleaning company’s we like to recommend. If the tenant decide to book cleaning its good to book this far in advance as the weekend staff could be few on some cleaning company’s.
If the controller don’t approve the cleaning; pictures are taken and the tenants deposit is partially or fully taken.
When do I pay my booking?
The advance payment/prepayment paid into Kobbar & Skärs bank account (bank giro) one week after booking. The remaining rent plus the deposit paid three weeks before arrival.
What is deposit?
Deposit is a sum that is different depending on the object and its interior. The reason of the deposit is that it should fully or in part cover any damages that may arise during a holiday week, the deposit also meant to cover if the object is not left cleaned or if the object is not left in time. The deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant if the object is left intact, clean and on time. The deposit is paid back at the latest two weeks after check-out.
Can I bring pets?
In some of our houses its allowed to bring pets, this is in that case written in the description. The tenant is responsible for that the pet is housebroken, gentle on/to furniture and surroundings. If the object needs to be decontaminated after stay with pet the tenant is obliged under our contract to stand for the costs of decontaminated.
