The apartment is newly refurbished and has a very central and attractive location on Gullholmen overlooking the square and with a view down towards the pier and the ice cream shop.

This apartment consists of a living room with dining and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor patio. The living room is spacious and furnished with new contemporary furniture including a comfortable corner sofa bed. The bedroom is of good size and has one double and one single bed, and the ceiling in the bedroom has an old ornamental painting.There is also a children bed and a children chair.The bathroom is located through the bedroom and is tastefully decorated with fully tiled walls and shower. The patio is south facing and partially under cover and there is also a common paved beautiful garden.

This apartment feels spacious and practical, and with its central location, it is not far from most establishments on the island.

 

Gullholmen and Hermanö has a very distinctive character, they are completely car-free. The houses are very close to each other seemingly helter-skelter. Hermanö has also one of the largest coastal nature reserves with good nature trails that in many places are stunningly beautiful. If you want to swim, there are many different options to choose from, ranging from bare rocks with or without a ladders, piers, and the more child-friendly sandy beaches.

This is one of the best locations on our coast.
