Welcome to this charming holiday home located in a quiet and sunny setting, close to both the forest and the sea. Here you’ll stay comfortably with space for up to 8 guests, divided between three bedrooms and a living area. The house offers a large, child-friendly garden with plenty of room for outdoor play and several terraces where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Inside, you’ll be met by a warm and homely atmosphere. On the ground floor there’s a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with dining table, sofa group and TV with basic channels and Chromecast. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs you’ll find another bedroom, a sofa bed, a small workspace and an additional toilet. In the basement there’s both a washing machine and a tumble dryer – perfect for longer stays. From the house, a scenic path through the forest leads down to Kungsviken’s bathing area, where you’ll find a sandy beach, jetties, a diving tower and shallow water for the little ones. The house is also a great choice for families with dogs – pets are welcome.

Just 7 km away lies Henån, where you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable holiday: restaurants, shops, a grocery store, fishmonger, playground, and a guest harbour with an ice-cream kiosk, SUP and boat rental. For those who want to explore more of Orust, there are plenty of lovely excursion destinations nearby. Hafsten Adventure Centre with its pool area, high-ropes course and Sweden’s longest zipline is only 25 minutes away. Nordens Ark wildlife park and Torp Shopping Centre are both less than an hour by car, and Gothenburg with Liseberg and Universeum is just over an hour away – perfect for a day trip.

Welcome to this beautiful and well-planned villa with stunning views of the sea and forest, just a few minutes from the Småholmarna beach. Here you’ll stay comfortably in a spacious house of 154 m², accommodating up to 8 people – perfect for two families traveling together.
The large south-facing terrace offers sunshine from morning to evening, with a dining area, lounge furniture, and barbecue for wonderful summer evenings.
The villa features a bright and airy layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace – a natural gathering spot all year round.
Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options with double and single beds, as well as extra sleeping space in the family room.
The house offers two fully tiled bathrooms, one of which features a whirlpool bathtub (corner bathtub with bubble and jet function) and a sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day by the sea.
The house also includes Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and plenty of parking.
Note: A smaller guesthouse (30 sqm) is located on the same property and is sometimes rented out separately.

The villa is beautifully situated on a scenic hill surrounded by both forest and sea. The nearest way to the beach Småholmarna is about 1.5 km via a picturesque forest trail. The beach has jetties, diving tower, cliffs, a small sandy area, and a large parking lot if you prefer to drive (3.5 km).
Henån, Orust’s main town, is 2.1 km away. Here you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, marina, playground, bike rental, and a fish shop. It takes about 6 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot, or 4 minutes by car. In the harbor, you can also rent SUP boards and boats, and enjoy ice cream from Lejonet & Björnen.
If you want to explore more of Orust and Tjörn, there are many great excursions nearby – such as the Pilgrims Trail, Tavlebords Honey Farm, Fröken Trulls café, and the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn.

By car, you can easily reach Hafsten Resort (17 min), Torp Shopping Centre (23 min), Tjörnbro Arena with trampoline park and adventure golf (26 min), and Stellas playland in Uddevalla (34 min). Other great excursions include Nordens Ark (53 min) and Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg (about 1 hour).
