How does the final cleaning work?
The tenant is responsible for the object being cleaned upon check out. If the tenant wish to buy a cleaning service, we have good contact with some cleaning companies that we would recommend. If the tenant wishes to book a cleaning service, it is advisable to book this far in advance as the weekend staff may be few at some cleaning companies.
When do I need to pay my booking?
The deposit is due one week after the booking date. Remaining amount plus deposit fee is due three weeks before arrival.
What is the deposit fee?
Deposit fee is a sum that is refunded to the tenant after leaving the item in undamaged condition, cleaned and on time. The deposit fee will be refunded no later than two weeks after check-out.
Can I bring my pets?
In some of our houses you may bring your dog, you can see this in the description of the object. For the other pets, this must be checked with the property owner, the same applies if you have more than one dog. The tenant is responsible for the pets being room clean, kind to furniture & surroundings.
